This is a bit off the subject but I'm really curious how water depletion and sodium manipulation could be used with CBL in terms of getting prepped for a photo shoot or getting on stage. Before I decided to start CBL a few weeks ago I'd been planning on trying out the water depletion and messing with my sodium intake once I finished cutting. I still don't feel like I fully understand how to do it though. Can anybody help me out with that?
