I normally stick to the crystal light lemonade, raspberry lemonade and strawberry (one with a little bit of caffeine). Also use the MIO grape.Just concerned about some of the artificial sweeteners listed and the corresponding spike of insulin. It's a small amount but it's all about the details.
I would stick with the mio, I squirt a little bit in my gallon if Im feeling a bit blan from water every now and again.. The sucralose in it is safer than the aspartame and ace k in the crystal lite, as far as causing insulin spikes. Or if youre craving soda, mix it with some club soda
