What is waxy maise/super starch and such for ? Does it fit any where during ain CNS or CBL.[/qifuote]Low osmolality carb powder, mainly for peri- workout (pre intra post). Provides high insulin spike and faster acting carbs that can be utilized during a training session by drinking intra. cns you wont need it, cbl you could incorporate it intra/ post if you are concerned with performing, Progressing, and PRs!
