So I have a question in regards to the CBL morning training protocol. Is MCT Oil okay to take with carb shock? Typically, my morning training days look like this:-Wake up-400 mg caffeine 1/2 hour before training-Training-Wait 1 hour-Take 20g WPI, Carb Shock, 20g MCT Oil, 200 mg caffeine-Wait 1 more hour-Lunch/ULC until dinnerIs this okay? Any comments are greatly appreciated.
