Hello Everyone,I have a question. So, my carb nite was Saturday and I weighed myself Sunday morning, but I only gained 1 pound? That is unheard of for because I usually gain about 3-4 pounds! Maybe I need to eat more?? I wasnt as bloated either because I mainly stuck with candy, bananas, white rice and protein. I weighed myself this morning and I already lost that pound from Saturday. Am I doing it right? I know that I should not go by the scale, but I do look a little bit slimmer. I will see my progress at the end of the week and reassess! Good night all!
You may need to eat more ("may" being the operative word). 3-4 lbs. of water sounds about right, I can get up to 6 or 7! 1 lb. sounds like you hardly stored any glyco (which is stored via water in the muscles).I guess see how you go for now, and watch for your body comp. for either improvement or signs of stalling.Cory
