Try the skinnygirl brand vodka. Haha, if you're embarrassed to buy it, get your wife/girlfriend to pick it up. It's low carb! I try to do that and stuck to mich ultra, but once I get buzzed the IPA's start sounding good.

All I know is that it sucks walking around feeling like this.  Would alcohol be more likely the culprit than dairy?

Lol, and now the truth comes out!!RB

Haha, I wasn't hiding anything.  I have some beers each weekend, not ashamed.  Normally I wake up the next day looking lean after some beer, but I suppose the devil is in the dose?

Yeah I have zero carb margarita mix pour some in a glass then add Bombay gin, the trick is to just have one the problem is having just one…I use alcohol to cope with my life.

If I'm gonna drink, it's going to be to relax and have a good time.  Sorry but it will likely never involve Skinny Girl Vodka.  I'll have a nice local IPA or maybe a stout, but Skinny Girl?….not likely.  Don't get me wrong, I appreciate the suggestions and I'm not trying to be a dick at all but no deals.  I could go for the zero carb margarita mix and throw in some tequila.. might be on the menu for tonight.

I assume the best way to treat alcohol is simply as another carb during a backload?

Exactly.  Treat your nights out drinking as backloads.
