I have just finished my gym routine and have added together two routines, one upper and one lower, I have a small gym I use which mainly has dumb bells and a cable type machine the routine I was doing for upper body was a Gain fitness/shockwave routine which went like this lat pul down 3 x 10. 45 sec restsdumbbell bench press 3 x 10 . 75 sec rests (10kg each dumb bell)seated alt DB shoulder press 3 x 10.  75 sec rests (7.5kg each dumb bellCable Upright row 3 x 12. 75 sec rests ??Dumb bell bent over row 6Kg 3 x 12.  75 sec restsseated dumb bell curl 6kg 3 x 10.  65 sec rests HATE CURLSinstead of rest periods today I mixed it up with lower body exercises which went like this(I am currently recovering from a back issue which flares every now and then, so leg work is body weight only) circuit x 3 ROUNDOne leg squat to stand from 90 degree angle 5 r/lvertical leaps x 10 gentle on the landingreverse lunge to good morning 10 r/lSide lunge jump switch 20one leg bridge 10 r/lstanding side leg lift to back leg lift 10 r/lI worked from the top of the upper body exercises in pairs lat pull down to one leg squat until all three sets were completed then moved on the next upper body exercise and did it with the lower body move, can anyone advise if this is a good way of working I don't have any way to get heavier with the upper body as I don't have a spotter or racks with weights. Any advice would be welcome 😀 😀 😀
