Hey i’m cutting and am going to be training daily at 1:00pm, heavy weights mon/wed/fri (2hrs training) and boxing tue/thurs/sat (1-1 1/2 hrs training) 1 meal 2 hours pre workout p-32g c-2g f-60g cal-676 should i wait 1hr pwo before pwo shake (5g leucine/12g creatine/20g whey/tsp coconut oil) or take it sooner due to the range and intensity of workout ? (especially on boxing days) plus i’ve noticed some people incorporate carbs pwo when training earlier on, is this a option maybe? i’m more worried about losing muscle from boxing. i’ve got protein at 1g per lb and carbs 1g per lb weights days and 2g per lb boxing days. any help would be much appreciated.
