SBreezeParticipantHello fellow Kiefer-addicts, I have finally made a forum profile after literally reading through all the CNS forum topics and thinking I could add my $0.02 to everything. A bit about me…A bit like Ben Pakulski I stumbled upon Carb Nite not through any of Kiefer's works per se but instead through my own experimentation of weight loss protocols. After trying the starvation method, Atkins, gradual exercise increase, steady state cardio, and Shaun Hadsall's Carb cycling (which I think should be called Carb Nites...since it's almost the same bar the fact he allows more carbs and changes macros more readily) I found a low-carb week with a refeed on weekends worked best for me. And also like Ben I had a view differences with Kiefer's stuff, but ultimately I'm now on CNS like so many others.I'm male, 18, live in Australia and currently ~20% bf. My weight is 68kg or 150lb as of 11/02/2015. My goal is 12% bf or at least to see my abs, so whatever that weight is I'll get there (maybe 60kg...). Trained for 2 years with mainly hypertrophy (to no effective degree of muscle gain :'() and am currently out to increase my strength with 5x5 (let's see how that goes). I love bacon and butter. So see you guys around, yup let's get shredded! 😉-Simon

Nice to know others who are somewhat close in regards to age (and stats as well from what you've posted, unless you're taller/shorter than 5'5, which is what my height is). I'm also “kind of” following a 5×5, although modified to my taste (still in the process of experimenting with what would work best for me). Looking forward to the progress you'll make. Let's get after it together 8)

Yeah it's awesome there's people like me here alot of my friends are unmotivated for health IRL it's sad…I'm thinking of starting a log, I already spend way too much time on these forums so may as well make myself accountable.I'd kill 10, and their families for that level of leaness

Fact. Lift, eat, repeat. If only I knew about CBL when I was a teenager... Good lord. Rob is a beast though, no detracting from that.
