This morning I had a full body resistance training session+tabata intervals (after a backload last night), and was cramped for food choices today.  Low on eggs/meat, and had to eat a little more nuts and cottage cheese than usual.  Carb count was around 40-50g.  Im doing 3 backloads per week, so I was wondering If I should have an extra ULC day before the next backload, or just do some HIIT tomorrow morning.

agreed:) most people will stay in a ketogenic state with under 50g of carbs a day and some even higher.. but  <30g is a better # to shoot for just to be safe of course

I was once on a low carb diet that was 100 grams of carbs a day that required a carb up day every 5th day. Point being so you should be fine as long as it doesn't happen all the time.
