I don't understand this fascination with avoid HFCS yet being okay with cane sugar.Learn to bake is my suggestion.

Neither of them is particularly great, but stuff with HFCS almost certainly has cane sugar. The opposite is not necessarily true. I guess it is just the thought of a double whammy that isn't so great.

What I'm saying is rather it is sweeten purely with cane sugar or with half cane sugar and half HFCS, the end results is still more or less 50:50 glucose to fructose.Chemically and metabolically they are the same thing more or less.

Can anyone clarify if i've done this calculation correctly…..i'll have lost 5lbs in the 10 days…putting my BL carbs at 455..from there…i take that and multiply it by 1.5 and then divide that by the number of days per week i lift…right?  gives me roughly 170g carbs give or take 1 or 2…is this correct?  i weigh 161 lbs at 5'9.

Outstanding..so i'd be aiming for 170 each night…on the first CBL though…can one strive to hit 455g carbs or is that way too much?

while cutting the least amount of carbs im eating on workout days is 400max 450g of carbsFat only preworkout and 10g Fishoil Postworkout at the end of the backload.while bulking 450-600g carbs each workout day and alot more fat in the later half of the backload... keeping a 2 hour window on backloads thoand well I weigh less than 150lbs (manlet of peace)the lower the body fat, the easier it is to handle all those high gi carbs postworkout in my opinion.
