I would appreciate if you spelled Pittsburgh correctly. It is the city of champions.
I'm inclined to disagree with you.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tXjkQeYbc-A

chico1MemberI would say mainly pastries, ice cream/frozen yogurt and white rice in that order. Lately my go-to has been a combination of ice cream or froyo with a type of pastry, usually 12 doughnuts or cinnamon rolls. Sometimes I add a box of cookies to that, but the really commercial brands bloat me up real fast.In the past I used to load up on cinnamon-raisin bagels which I dunked in maple spread and that got me the best results, but it was also extremely filling and harder to digest because bagels are so solid lol Try eating like..12 bagels in a row, it's nasty.
Just curious, how many carbs do you ingest during a backload?

That was back in Canada, but I could load up on between 400 and 600 g of carbs without consequences, several times a week. Keep in mind back then I was teaching PE, abusing ECA and working out about 14 times a week. My weight fluctuated between 145 and 154 on any given day, but never above that even if I binged on 10k cals once in a while. Now that I'm a bit softer and even considering I gained lbm, I can barely handle 400-450 g without spillover, but my carb sources always have too much fat and I don't move much at work. If I can train 5-6 times in a week, I'm lucky.
