impGuestSo it's basically just rice with chocolate mixed in right?
Yeah. I used sushi rice, 2 lindt 90% chocolate bars melted & 1/3 cup of dextrose. I cooked the rice with these ratios 1 cup of rice3 cups of waterBring to a boil, cover & simmer for 20 minutes all together. It'll be kinda soupy. Double boiler melt the chocolate add the dextrose. 5 minutes before the rice is completely done add the chocolate/dextrose mixture. Stir together vigorously and simmer for the remaining 5 minutes. Remove from the heat & let rest for a few minutes to set up then add milk if you so desire. I just grabbed a fork and tore the bottom out of the bowl! It's basically chocolate rice pudding.
Going to try making this over the weekend. Almost out of Carvel ice cream cake :'(

Tried this last night. Turned out well but I found it hard to eat as much as I needed to get my carbs in. Actually find it easier to eat the same volume of rice in a drier state. So even with the extra carbs from the rest of the ingrediants I came up short in carb intake compared to eating normal rice alone. Weird! A nice recipe all the same thanks.

impGuestNot really as over the top as the rest of the recipes shared so far, but I'm a huge fan of hibachi fried rice so this makes rice incredibly palatable and easy to get down in large amounts, plus it only takes about 10 minutes to make:2 cups cooked white rice, cooled1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil 1/2 cup onion, chopped 1/4 cup peas and carrots, frozen 1-2 eggs 2 tbsp butter2 tbsp soy sauce

BenMarchantGuestA mixture of mashed sweet potato and white potato with a drop of honey and cinnamon. Chocolate weetabix (not sure if you guys will have those in America?) with semi skimmed milk.

AlcaParticipant-> 500g Milk Rice with 2 litres milk, add cinnamon, stevia, honey, berries or bananas and you pretty much got one big bowl for a backload-> 2kg Potatoes with Salsa marinade 200-300g slice it in little pieces put in the oven add 250g of chicken breast-> ice cream and adding some cereals or cookies to add to increase the amount of carbs and taste (pretty much the best thing ever)-> 700g of rice with alot of sweet chili sauce a little bit of veggies for the taste (around 2g of fibres in all the veggies) and chicken breast-> cereals in milk or ice coffee-> poptarts-> self made pizza with gluten free flour, adding chicken breast or beef some low fat or high fat cheese depends on your goals, tomatoes from the tube, enjoy, usually making a whole party pizza for myself-> haribo all the way-> protein pancakes with gluten free flour , with whey protein, stevia, cinnamon, pancake syrup or whatever you like, pretty hardcore would be the chocolate coconut peanut mixture weve got here, which tastes like a piece of god-> rice tuna and salsa-> some low fat nachos / tortillas / potatoe chips with salsa -> I love backloading in a cinema with tons of popcorn and haribo, and people looking at me while being shredded 🙂and any kind of cake obviously not as good of a backloading food but still delicious

You dont reckon? I have a whole mud cake after 2 of my training sessions. Rasperry buns on the other days usually. Never a problem with bloat from these. I always have a 1/4 tub of ice cream and cup of rice (uncooked measure) with this as well.
