Check out my logs.No worries in that department, I carry ~185 lbs. of LBM. (after my last CBL cycle). Shit-tons of eggs, cheeses and timed protein powders. In a nutshell.I want to emphasize, I am not a vegan... I am a lacto-ovo vegetarian. That said, vegans still get protein.Cory

jerryiiiGuest1 cup of rice chex, 1 cup of low-fat vanilla ice cream, 1 sliced ripe banana — mix in a bowl and top with a drizzle of maple syrup. Simple to make and it tastes awesome.

decoy5657MemberChamporado!It's a sweet, chocolate rice porridge. I used to make it with brown rice and stevia, but after CBL I'm thoroughly enjoying it with white sticky rice and sugar. 🙂
I just had a serving of this after 3 ultra-low-carb days. (Friday rest day, sat heavy workout midday, and sunday, light active recovery midday, today is Sunday) - My heart rate was WAY up 15 minutes after eating it. I'm going to say that this is a good one! And, It's chocolate. My best friend. 🙂

Ulam25MemberHow would different candy like sour patch kids or swedish fish or gummies work? Its mainly corn syrup, tons of carbs. Does “corn syrup” mean high fructose corn syrup? I love sour patch kids and itd be amazing if they were good for backloads.

Corn syrup is fine. As long as it is HFCS or glucose-fructose syrup as it's known in the UK.

Ulam25MemberWhat about sushi? Too much fat? I feel like sushi would have too much protein and would have to cut back on protein during ulc part of day for that current day.

I would appreciate if you spelled Pittsburgh correctly. It is the city of champions.

Excuse me, did you just type that? Too much protein? Seriously.... No, really just joking. Sushi is perfect. And not too fat actually. Unless you enjoy a lot of the mayo-filled stuff.

Ulam25MemberWell I though it was a problem if you went like more than 20g over your daily protein level… Just because of the extra calories… but yeah I spelled Pittsburgh wrong cause i was on my iPhone in class haha. Sushi is my favorite food in the world, and Ill make that a weekly thing now:)
