Oh ok =D and trace carbs in expresso shots??

I dont think so.  Its just coffee.

There are some, but less than a gram of usable carbs per cup.

Mhmm so I'd be safe to have an espresso shot with black coffee and coconut oil? =D(what's weird is that I've been looking on the food trackers, and black coffee contains trace carbs? like .1g and .1g protein? found out of fitday)

Coffee, black.  The best way to drink it!

I'm with these 2. I wake up so early that this is my easiest and most effective choice. I quite enjoy black. However I do make the effort to throw in some fats in my second coffee.

+100Coffee should be black as Hell, strong as death, and sweet as love.  I do put cream in morning coffee, because I buy raw milk and since I backload with the milk I figured it would be better if I used the cream in it for morning coffee.  My pre-workout coffee is still black though. Now that I think about I should just keep the cream in the milk.
