What I want from this.

    It is obvious if you went to my introduction thread. I can probably be on this site anyway the easiest the heaviest of all the members ” I think” I've been doing extensive reading and I'm half way through the  Carb Nite book I'm loving it. It really scares me though to be taking in so much fat and not taking in carbs being I was brainwashed for years. I've been Ultra low carb since Aug 6th so far after experimenting with it last week for about 4 days and things have already been changing. I'm on the road now for the full first 10 days. Next week on the 15th will be my first Carb Nite and I plan on enjoying it. I am about 430 pounds right now. Down from 500 Read my introduction to the reason I'm got so heavy http://dangerouslyhardcore.com/forum/index.php?topic=3449.0What I typically want from this is to shed as much fat as possible and see what really kind of Muscle I do have under all this fat. I'm not going to brag but I know I'm strong. I'm big. Not just a fat boy. I've got impressive weight room numbers. blah blah blah. whatever..... I run my own site similar to this. http://forum.illpumpyouup.com/index.phpany of my numbers from lifts are on here. I'm not some super bad ass lifter just a above average guy looking to shed fat and training my ass off everyday. I train with two other younger guys . I am seriously going to give this a  real shot to see where I go with this. So far so good. I've cinced up my belt like 2 notches so far in 1 week and clothes are already feeling better. Due to not bloating on carbs I'm assuming. I will use this thread as my questions thread if that is okay with the admin and mods. any advice from others that have had great success in this is greatly appreciated  and believe me if it works wonders for me and I tell my other members on my site they will be over here looking as well and wanting to learn more and is this not what we are looking for. Thanks for reading my rants. If there is anymore I need to do like log what I've been eating or what kind of training we do just go to my site. I do videos all the time and video blogs on my site. Not trying to promote my site but it saves me a ton of typing here. LOL. thanks again

    My family is killing me here in this office with all the snack pies potato chips and the such sitting around. Good I at least have some self disicpline other wise I would be gorging myself. LOL.

    Thanks well I had my first carb nite and let me tell ya I put some food away. I felt like I was actually High last night when I got home. I did feel the euphoric state of mind. Almost like I was smoking pot or something. LOL. Now back to the grindstone and low carbing it again. I bet today in the gym is going to be awesome.

    Careful how you talk about carbs or we might have to start selling them in little baggies in dark alleys.
