MikehrMemberArr ez bar front raise and incline press should crush front delts very nicely. Its weird that someone with a strong press has a trouble front delt. Mine are in no means big but they aren't bad and my press isn't very good. Sent from my SGH-I747M using Tapatalk 2

I'm surprised his front delts are even an issue. They are rarely a problem from all the pressing people do. Though I know many have a problem with there front delts being undeveloped relative to their chest, which is just an aesthetic issue.

Exactly, I also see the opposite aswell, big tris and front delts with a teeny little chest.

Igor VidovicParticipantMy traps are developed very nicely maybe they dwarf my shoulder a little I dunno. I've noticed good growth in the front delts just not as much as other areas. I'm my biggest critic I guess.

That's pretty much my physique. Pretty much the result of a lot of benching with little to no direct chest work. My chest is stubborn, but admittingly I do not put much effort into it. It just isn't a powerlifting muscle.

Gl;itch.eMemberMy stubborn areas I'd say are the forearms and front delts. Suggestions?
Depends what you mean by forearms. Flexors? Brachioradialis? Both? 20+ rep heavy forearm curls done Larry Scott style actually work really well for the forearm flexors. Heavy hammer curls should be plenty for the Brachioradialis with maybe some lighter pause/hold work as well. Could buy some fat grips to incorporate into your arm training/pressing.

I'd say both. I will up the work once my elbow is completely healed if not then ill still kick the shit out of my arms and self medicate at home

maxwkwMemberI second the fat grips. Although I'd recommend going with the grip4orce brand. They are made with a gap so you have to squeeze them closed while you do the exercise. I've also noticed that when I use them with pressing movements I have less pain in my shoulders and elbows.
