I lift Mon-Wed-Fri and do interval training on Tu-Sa-Su, with off days on Thurs.  On my interval training days, do I CBL or just go ULC?  I'd like to make sure to do this right, but can't seem to find the specific answer to this question.  I see a lot of “I think this is what you should do”, but nothing defintive.  Thanks for the help!  I'm not looking for muscle gains, only reducing body fat.

You'll CBL on your lifting days only but when do you train?

So you do HIIT during the days you don't lift? In the book specifically mentions to backload after heavy resistance training.

I lift in the evening, between 6 and 6:30 PM, which is ideal for CBL.  I do my interval training on the days between lifting.

Well, I guess I do intervals on Saturday and Sunday, so should I CBL on Sunday?

After lifting, if you need to then try it.

OK, so do CBL on lifting days only.  ULC on interval training days.  That's what I'm hearing you all say – sound correct?
