Should I try to keep my fat intake down the day after my CN and wait until after I have depleted the carbs I put back in my body and start using fats for energy again before re-introducing a large amount of fat back into my diet?  Or, do I just go back to eating fats to trigger my body into fat burning mode again?

I would keep it moderate based upon what you do the next day and how hungry you are as well. It would be good to keep fat moderate at least.

The same thing you ate the day before CN.

I am a (hopefully) recovering carb addict so I eat my favourite ULC meals. It always starts with sausages, bacon and eggs. I do this because I don't want to feel deprived the next day. I think the mental aspect of this way of living is what will make it a long term lifestyle. Feeling deprived will push most people off the wagon at some point of the game. I know this is about results but without the long term view short term losses mean nothing.

I wouldn't feel deprived eating turkey and/or chicken breast the day after my CN instead of my usual ground beef, pork, and eggs that I ate the day before.  I just thought that if I had stopped the fat burning process and switched to burning carbs because of CN, wouldn't I be better off not adding additional fat that would be stored instead of used.  It would only be for the one day as I am pretty sure after two early morning workouts I am carb depleted and back to using fat for fuel.
