Hey guys. So I have been trying to figure out what veggies are okay to eat and which one are not okay.I'm at school and have somewhat limited veggies. So are these okay? Cucumber, zucchini, summer squash, iceburg lettuce, romaine lettuce, and peppers.I know carrots are a deff NOT HAVE, anything else to 100% avoid? (during the first half of the day prior to training.)

^ Good Link!As far as your list goes the only one I would watch is summer squash. And make sure your peeling your Cucumbers, there is a significant amount more useable carbs in an unpeeled Cucumber than peeled one.
