just introducing myself to the community! 12 weeks in CN and i feel great! I’m very interested in reading and learning more about everyones success stories and tips for better results. recently purchased carb shock and stoked to see more gains! I’m down 17 lbs in 12 weeks and 6% body fat! glad i found CNS and won’t go back to my old ways of eating.
