Hello, newby here.I've bought CBL. But where can I actually find what the actual density and strength routines are? I mean exercises, sets, reps etc. Customer Service told me they are listed in the book but they absolutely arent.........TIAEd
Thanks for the reply.So the Strength Accumulation routine is now called the Shockwave- Ripped; and the Density Bulking is now the Shockwave- Jacked? I can't find any reference to a specific heavy duty routine.

SA and DB are just the nutritional protocols, they aren't at all in reference to training.You can do any routine you'd like.
