I receive emails from Kiefer about new podcasts and other stuff.Last time it was Q&A: https://soundcloud.com/body-io-fm/episode-7-q-a-with-kiefer-and-rockyBut where is the place to ask questions for podcasts like this?May be I'm missing some of places where I can get more information?

Could of sworn I remembered them going over how to contact or follow them. Maybe check the end of another podcast or one that interviews Kiefer because I know I've heard them give it out. I think it might even be on the homepage too.

I have a Facebook, but I really don't care for using for that reason. I think the forums are a much better way to convey information.

I feel the same about the forums too. Plus I don't have many if any diet questions since I'm a do it and find out type of guy.
