Hey, so I know from experience that heat should be induced from carb intake after an elongated period of exclusion, but what does it mean if you don't notice the rise in temperature your body exhibits? I haven't had a carb since last Friday, so I don't know why I'm not feeling the afterburn of carb consumption

P.S.- I most definitely am vascular from the carb intake, but not noticing the wasteful heat expenditure

It varies time from time. I get that way once in a while. I'll get hot to the point I feel sweat and other times nothing but energy.

Okay. Now I feel it. But that's because I went down to cover the boat in pitch dark, and my dad popped out of nowhere and scared the fuck out of me. Huge adrenaline rush

I don't ever really notice a rise in body temperature so we must be weird and different. Oh well.

I think it has something to do with the type of food you eat.  I will sweat my ass off on a back-load when I'm real particular about what I eat, but not on a carb night when I will eat anything in sight.  It also seems to be related to how fast you consume the food.  Like I said, I sweat my ass off during a back-load, when I'm trying to get it down quickly.  Carb nights last longer so feeding is more spread out.

Well, I'm trying to eat as much rice/rice krispies w/ milk as possible, but I feel sick from the hours of eating… starting to feel the heat.An odd thing though- I don't feel heat so much unless I go weeks on and on w/o carbs and reintroduce them, I do feel heat, however, when I drink alcohol after not having so for at least a week- I practically ignite upon consumption of hard alcohol, like American Honey (which I had last Friday).

I'm the same way.I only get hot sometimes, and most of the time it's not all the hot, just slightly noticeable.Sometimes cookies and brownies seem to cause it more then other foods, but liquor turns me into to a damn furnace. I've also noticed it's much harder for me to get drunk now.

I was drunk faster than a freshman on prom night the last time I smashed back some drinks. Maybe I'm just a bitch?

I had 12 shots of vodka within a couple of hours and did even feel it.I was kind of disappointing, haha.

Lol! It's not you, I got the same way after not drinking for 3 months- lit up on 5 shots of 80 proof American Honey and 3 beers

I think I drank three 4loko and 4-6 beers. 4loko is a big deal because we just got it in Ontario (CANADA!) about 8 weeks ago so I had to make sure I sampled the three available flavours. Totally worth it.

The shit is crazy, no wonder you were so drunk.
