I don't usually have a PWO shake but I am doing the detox diet and I did last night.I was so dizzy for the remainder of the night when I was standing but felt better when I would lie down.  A few hours later I ate something and it made me feel a little better, but even 4 hours later I was still very dizzy.  Not typical for me to get dizzy either.I only had 30g NOW foods WPI and about 5g creatine monohydrate.  The only other thing I took was 4g fish oil.  I have had the creatine and the fish oil before with no ill effects but I think I have not had 30g WPI with this brand, maybe it is that...I am scared to have a PWO shake again, because I was definitely not expecting that to happen. Maybe I should decrease the amount I am taking? Has this ever happened to anyone else? How much do any women out there take?  I am 5'3" and a half and weigh 140lbs.

I firmly believe you experienced some hypoglycemic reactions to the shake. It does happen to everyone, especially when you start using it for a first time or after a long while.

Interesting, that makes a lot of sense, thank you!

I think my WPI is 24g.  I haven't had that happen but I've been afraid it may when I first started taking it.  I think Big Tex is right on though.
