Hi guys,I need your advice on protein. I'm using CBL Strength Accumulation and looking for a protein for my PWO-shake.I have two favorites but I'm not sure which one to choose.First one (Whey, per 100g):kcal 403Protein 83 gCarbs 4 gFat 5 gLeucin 11,2 gSecond one (Iso Whey, per 100g):kcal 382Protein 89 gCarbs 2 gFat 1 gLeucin 9,6 gBecause it's for my PWO-shake I would take the first one, normal Whey, because it has more Leucin. The first one is also 5€ cheaper than the other one.Any suggestions which one I should choose for my PWO shake?
