Hi, on week days i start working out closer to 7pm (some times closer to 8pm). which scenario do i fall into?is this late pm scenario?or should i eat fast carbs before work-out (2-3 hours before work out) and another fast carbs 1 hour late after pwo shake?PS my pwo (carbshock) shake is about 8.30-9.00 pm. so is it OK to eat fast carbs at 9.30-10.00 pm if i'm going to sleep at about 12 am?or what are your opinions? what can you recommend?thank you,Sergey

Only eat carbs pre-workout if you don't have enough time before bed to eat enough carbs. You are okay waiting then eating your carbs at 9:30-bed.

Trevorxgage, thank you very much for your prompt reply!yes, i'm agree that it's not very good to eat carbs before work-out. i'm just concerned that how do you think is it Ok to eat all those "supposed" fast carbs before bed at a ONE sitting in the mix of whole food and liquid carbs (rilose, for example).let's say if i'm supposed to eat 200 g of fast carbs on CBLthank you,Sergey

I think I'm confused on what you are asking.Eat rice, potatoes, breads, whatever you need to get your carbs and calories. And it doesn't have to be one sitting, you could eat a dinner @9:30 then a dessert @11.

thank you!that's what i was thinking of - if it's ok to eat dessert at 11 pm and not to interrupt/interfere growth hormone while be sleepping.tnx again, very helpful!
