Wondering which system to follow, Carb Nite, or Carb Back Loading. My stats are male, 5'9" and 190lbs. Trying to build some muscle but mainly get body fat down from approx 22% to as low as possible in the next three months. Work out in gym doing weights but only back training after a 6 month lay off.Really need to know what's the best option for me,Many thanks,Barry
I was already advised on this forum that my body fat is too high for CBL and that I should do Carb Nite instead. May I ask why you advise me to do CBL, I really want the fastest results and have no problem with hard training and following eating plans.Two days of prep phase complete and no carbs so happy that its not a problem yet staying off carbs as I did eat a lot of whole grain bread, whole wheat pasta, brown rice and fruit.
