I am currently doing CBL SA. Non workout days I have a coffee in the AM with 10g whey. Workout days I have the same coffee in the AM, then a preworkout shake of 400mg caffeine, 10g whey, 15g coconut oil, and 5g creatine. Then post workout shake with 50g whey, 50g dextrose, 5g creatine, 5g leucine, 15g casein. Then 2 hours later 10g whey, 5g leucine, 10g creatine. If I had to chose only 1 protein to use (concentrate, hydrolysate, isolate) which would I chose?RB

Cheapest would be concentrate. Isolate would be better for all around. Hydroslyates would be good for PWO.

I have always used concentrate and I buy it in bulk (25lbs). I am going to run out soon and going to order in bulk again but I want to know which 1 I should choose. I want to only stick with 1. Can I get better results with a different one?RB

Hydrosylates are the way to go man...  I just recently converted to 100% hydro and love not ever getting the protein farts!  lol  Not to mention the dextrose can slow the digestion of iso/concentrate down to where it becomes a lot less useful according to some information i have come across.  Since hyro protein is already di/tripeptides you really reduce any delay of absorption when paired with dextrose.

You can get Whey Isolate and ISO 100 by Dymitize fairly cheap on EBay right now.

For your use I would go with Whey Iso. If you wanted to use it intraworkout Id go hydro.

You should be having some fat (coconut oil, butter, cream, MCT oil) with your whey in the morning or else you risk ruining the fat burning state in the morning.  Also concentrate is fine.

Only use hydro whey post workout or intra workout!

My morning coffee and pre workolut shake always have 1 tbsp. coconut oil. I didn't think that it was relevant to the discussion so I didn't mention it.RB

Do you know how long this deal will last? I don't have the finances yet to purchase this. 10lbs and 5lbs will go a long ways
