Oh I really like this article! Will start thinking how to utilize this with Carb Nite now, and for when CBL hits.

This is keeping me very interested though, by adding more fat to the backloads, I'm thinking of trying to down my first Gluten-Free Pizza from Dominos this Friday >=D

Tex - did you do it? Was it good? Thinking of getting it also. Haven't had pizza since finding out I was gluten intolerant back in October (I don't miss it, just interested in trying something different).I actually ordered a couple of these last weekend and had a really weird reaction.  I had a raging stomach ache and felt dizzy like it was a HUGE blood sugar swing.  I would say I had less of a reaction to their regular pizza.  Have any of your tried these yet?

What do you mean? Like it was honest to God bad feeling? Or a good spike of insulin heart pumping feeling? O.oI am planning on it next week after a couple sweet potatoes or low/non fat carbs.

Probly wont try it now...I can't have regular pizza, gluten intolerant. It's been on the brain though, so maybe I will try making my own crust with gluten free flour....Could it have been a topping, or the sauce? I've never been a fan of tomato sauce, and it's probably because it gives me stomach aches...I used to get my pizza without sauce, or my fav - buffalo chicken with blue cheese rather than sauce

I can handle some gluten, but to much and I have a bloat baby.I guess we'll see how I handle it, normally I bake my own but I'm to damn lazy tonight, haha.

You know the thing with pizza…I wouldn't be able to enjoy a real pizza. Gluten free or not. The cheese would be bad because of dairy….so I wouldn't know what to do…
