Hey everybody. I haven't been doing carb backloading for very long , but the results were imminent. I've been packing on lean mass like crazy , but now I'm gonna re-do the prep period with some HIIT sessions in between to try and get rid of the last bit of stomach fat I have. I was asked by my girlfriend a while back , "why are you doing this?" in reference to my 1-2 hour gym sessions 6 days a week. She never understood why I'm such a fitness nut (love her to death though, damn ectomorph). Fitness has been catching fire here lately, almost becoming a fad with guys posting selfies all over Facebook. I thought to myself, hmm.... So when she asked me that question, I took a picture and added some effects. When my bench press hits where I want it to hit, in celebration I'm going to tattoo DH on my left pec (a red one, just like where it is on the T-shirt) so that everybody knows where I got the body I have.
