women and creatine

    hey i posted this in the women's section before i saw the supp section. sorry. anyway, creatine question for women. so kiefer suggests a lot of creatine while CBL. I use con-cret and have been taking 2 scoops total (1500mg creatine HCL or equivelant to 10g creatine monohydrate) Should I bump this up? does kiefers creatine suggestion apply to the ladies too? I'm roughly 30% BF and fat loss is my goal please keep in mind. Also, do you supplememnt creatine on non-training days as well?

    you probably won't need as much creatine.. 10g on workout days and 5g on off days should be plenty imho..

    There's another thread on this somewhere. Basic gist is that the caffeine ruins the effects of creatine. So unless it's pre-workout, don't mix them.

    You're not causing any harm.. it's basically just wasting the creatine. Don't stress it. The nice thing about creatine is it doesn't taste really, so you can slug it back whenever.Search the athlete.io page for creatine and you'll find the article discussing the interaction.
