hey i posted this in the women's section before i saw the supp section. sorry. anyway, creatine question for women. so kiefer suggests a lot of creatine while CBL. I use con-cret and have been taking 2 scoops total (1500mg creatine HCL or equivelant to 10g creatine monohydrate) Should I bump this up? does kiefers creatine suggestion apply to the ladies too? I'm roughly 30% BF and fat loss is my goal please keep in mind. Also, do you supplememnt creatine on non-training days as well?
