Mike MccauleyMemberwas wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction? i am looking for a keifer type workkout to use with cbl. i was hoping the X workout would be available soon but it seems to have hit a snag or something. I found the heavy duty hybrid split but without the ebook which i can seem to download or find or buy i don't know what terms like psr elect and neg really mean in the program. also i was looking for more of a bodybuilding type routine and wanted to train a body part more then once every 7 days. looking for mainly hypertrophy while also realizing i will have to have times of straight strength lifts too. anyway, i tried to download and even buy what is out there but don't have an i phone or i pad and it just won't let me buy anything or download anything and i am willing to buy the workouts etc. sooo would just a straight bodybuilding type high volume workout be ok in anyone's experience? 4 sets of 10-12 type thing going to failure etc etc?if anyone knows of anything he has out there which might be for sale, i'm game for that as well. the shockwave protocol looks like it would be good but does one need an i phone or ipad? any experiences or advice is appreciated. anyone know if the X workout is still in the works?thanks

Jeff WilliamsParticipantIf you go to the search option for the site and type in “CBL Heavy Duty”, it should pop up. It will be the last article there.

Jeff&SarahMemberPlease don't buy an ebook for a workout plan, there is SO much out there for free. It's all the same stuff re-packaged. Go over to Tnation.com to articles and look up John Meadow's stuff. His mountain dog protocol is on there, he has an article for every bodypart workout with videos and instructions. It's a lot of different, really cool stuff and it's laid out for 12 weeks. That will point you in the right direction, and it's all laid out for you. There are literally thousands of "programs" out there you can choose from, the X frame stuff is nothing revolutionary from what I can tell so far (no offense to Kiefer or DH).
