dmaddockKeymasterI have read the CBL book, might need to read it over again but im wondering if I am able to backload everynight.I wrestle in college and have intense evening workouts, i stay low carb during the day to strip as much fat off as possible, and work out everyday, should i ingest the majority of my high gyclemic carbs late in evening every evening with this routine. Thanks,DM

dont waste your time writing anything on my thread if your not helping me with my question.. some of us aren't as educated in the field as others and need it expressed in a way they can understand.. Anyone willing to help?

Trevor G FullbrightModeratorTry with with and without. Once you get adjusted a lot of people can do MMA, wrestling, and other sports stuff while ULC fairly easy.

I second Trevors advice. Use a bit of critical thinking and if your performance suffers you may HAVE to add carbs post training. If your fatloss slows you may HAVE to reduce carbs in order to lose more fat. Sorry If I came off badly but half the posts and questions on this board have been done and answered ad nauseum and a lot of first time posters take the knowledge and never return to pass on their results or help other newbies. Dont be one of those! Thanks,DM

MJCMemberI would backload every night and just vary the amounts of carbs ie carb cycling…

McCartyKGuestYeah I kind of agree with MJCI would limit carbs to post practice/workout and go carb nite once a week.I had a similar internal debate if I went back to lumberjack/civil engineer profession, high intensity work for hours upon hours on end with one day off a week to recover.
