Similar question, so I thought I'd bounce off this thread.I downloaded the Shockwave 1.4 PDF and up front Kiefer says it's not all-inclusive as you get what you pay for. Well I'm willing to pay for the info, so where is it available? Is there a full program/routine that can be followed? Is the Shockwave App just the 1.4 protocol stuck on your iPhone? The workouts appear to match the 1.4 workouts, so is there still a missing piece of the puzzle I need to aquire?In regards to lifting/strength training, I'm a total noob. I want to learn how to do things RIGHT the first time so I don't have to relearn and fix bad habits. Any advice is totally welcome.
