    Anyone see any problems drinking this during workout?  It's basically a Leucine, Glutamine, Isoleucine, valine intra workout drink.

    There isn't anything particularly wrong with it, no.You might lose out on some possible fat burning, but you also are likely to breakdown less muscle tissue. At least that's the idea.

    Just curious. Why would someone lose out on the fat burning? I love drinking this stuff during and PWO. Tastes better than just water.

    Taking it IWO will spike insulin levels and shut off fat mobilization.

    Do I need creatine if I'm not trying to pack on more muscle? All I wanna do is lean. And I feel like I'm having troubled dropping weight as it is. Almost 4 weeks in and I feel like my weight loss has stalled though I'm still losing inches.Gonna cut out the Xtend and add some nicotine upon waking for my AM workout and see how that goes. All this tweaking is exhausting. lol.

    I'm of the opinion that just about everyone could use creatine. If for no other reason than it's myostatin inhibition potential. So basically, it should help prevent muscle wasting/catabolism.
