Hey guys…this won't take long lolI am 180 lbs...starting the prep phase....looking to get 50/50 fat/protein in grams...so...If I want 180 in protein...thats 720 caloriesand 180 in fat...is 1620 caloriesso total 2,340 calories...That seems like alot? From what I've gathered from reading the book (several times lol) that calories in the prep phase are not a concern...just make sure under 30 carbs per day?Is this correct?Thanks guys!
That's really not to many calories in my opinion.You might not need that much protein.at 195 I eat 130-160 grams of protein and do just fine.I also eat 150-180 grams of fat a day as well, more fat is better then more protein calorie wise.
