I know a lot of you are very consistent with your diets and food volume on a daily basis. But what type of variation do you bring to it on a day-to-day reality?Last night,I worked late, came home, had an abbreviated workout, had a PWO shake. And wanted to fix a good size backload meal.Well, after the PWO shake,I sat down, fell asleep, sleep walk to bed.I woke up starving. Then just started the whole diet cycle back up again (ULC) like any other day.Do you guys vary your diet for screw ups like this,or say extra physical activity performed during the day, related to work or otherwise?I also got a pretty low protein intake yesterday,do you try to make up for it the next?Would I do this in the morning, lunch, or just eat like a king in the evening?Hunger is not usually a problem for me,my workday pretty much eliminates those thoughts.

one day like that shouldn't really effect much at all(especially doing CBL) i wouldn't change anything and just keep on with what you been doing..  me personally if I can't get food in one day because I was sick or something came up i wouldn't try to make up for it the next day doesn't really make sense to. I also do one 24h protein fast a week so going low on protein one day isn't going to hurt you

The only time I ever mix in extra physical activity, which in m,y case is usually HIIT, is when I go overboard on a backload and feel bloated the next day
