Hi all,started SW-HD a week ago, starting 2nd week, Got a nice feedback, got really sore, specially on my legs and traps, seemed i re-opened a old wound but was just soreness, DOMS like hell!im doing all per book, but next month im planning on upping the 2 set to 3 and some increase on reps, specially the NEG reps!Loving it so far, doing density bulking so far and im feeling a bit of glycogen impairment lol, but i dont care, far is easy to burn, muscle is hard to gain!
