Hey everyone, I just bought the book, have been doing as much of CBL as I could without it for the past couple weeks as I prepared for my NPC Physique Show. I'm already at about 5% bodyfat, do I need to do the prep phase? from my understanding it reads that if your under 10% it isn't necessary.
