(I know everybody hates hearing this) I think it depends. SA and DB are really just starting points. You can certainly tailor the diet to meet your needs either way.
Personally would it really make that much of a difference? It's a 5 day a week program, so on a SA you would load on 5-6 of those days anyway, (if doing SA you may consider passing on loading up on Ab day) I mean I guess it could but it seems to me that you could probably go either way depending on your level of leanness to start (lean as hell? go CBL every day. if not tailor your load)
