@15% bf you would do well with CBL at least getting to 10%. CBL is all about nutrient timing with some experimentation on backloading. Being fairly new to training you should see decent results just from that too as long as nutrition is there, but some experimenting tweaking routines might be needed as well.
It’s tough for us to give specific advice when details on diet, macros and training are not detailed. Starting a training log helps and asking for advice from followers.
