this is awesome!can you give me some examples of youre ULC daysand your carb nites...ive been on for a month, seeing results but not as much as i thought i would.thanks and keep up the good work!
On ULC days I would eat nothing but Chicken smothered in butter or Shrimp n Bacon.. lol..thats about it Then on carbdays I'd either have pizza or fruity pebbles..mostly fruity pebbles..i'm a picky eater
