I was wondering if it would be ok to add more ab work into the SWP. My abs are pretty weak. I was thinking about adding a little extra work on Saturday mainly doing the ab wheel or maybe just doing more on Wednesday.My current setup (cables) are really lacking and I don't feel like I'm getting the proper workout with the wood chops. I'm at the point I'm thinking of skipping them to avoid hurting myself until I'm stronger.If your wondering, they cables are really old, very hard to pull down and I can literally let go of the handle and watch it slowly go back up. With more weight it works better, but I'm not there yet.Any advice greatly appreciated.Thanks
