Anybody Else Have Trouble Purchasing Body AI

    Thought I was all registered etc. but email address kept getting rejected?

    Yes, I can’t purchase because it says,

    “Transaction problem:
    Your credit card has been declined. Make sure the billing address matches the location that the credit card statement is mailed. Please verify the information and try again”.

    I have tried all 8 of my credit cards and I know that I have my address correct. Not sure what the problem is??

    Is there anyway to email support???

    Ironically enough, I tried on my phone and it worked!

    Mine was not working yesterday but did work today, it was always showing incorrect address information on my credit card despite it being correct. Had no issues today at all though, worked like a charm.
