DaytonParticipant Yes, I can’t purchase because it says, “Transaction problem: Your credit card has been declined. Make sure the billing address matches the location that the credit card statement is mailed. Please verify the information and try again”. I have tried all 8 of my credit cards and I know that I have my address correct. Not sure what the problem is?? Is there anyway to email support??? April 17, 2019 at 1:52 pm #503449 NewfiedanParticipant Mine was not working yesterday but did work today, it was always showing incorrect address information on my credit card despite it being correct.
