My suggestion here then is do sets of 20 swings, as many as you can with good technique for the allotted time. I would set it up as 30secs work and 30sec rest. Most people get in about 18-20 swings in 30secs.I would still alternate 2 and 1 arm swings.Just remember that on CNS too much of anything will eat into your fat loss progress. So 5x lifting with 20 mins of HIIT each day is Too much in my opinion. But if you are making progress then ignore that, if however your progress slows or halts, i would cut down on your training volume
