5’10” 170 lbs looking to lose the last few lbs to start seeing abs using CNS. I have begun testing my blood sugar levels out of pure curiosity. Often ranges 75-85 when fasting or an hour after eating low to zero carb. Does tracking these make sense to try and gauge whether I am in ketosis or not? IF so where should they be?

Staying under 100 is good. It’s no indication of ketosis, just means insulin sensitivity is good.

You won’t really learn much from doing this. It’s nice to get some numbers, but I wouldn’t bother.
