I have purchased your programs and have a few questions. I am approaching the first 10 day mark of the first carb night and was wondering does it have to happen on the 10th day or can it happen on the 13th or 14th day (because I wanted it to be in a weekend). Also for subsequent carb nights, I know you mention no sooner than 4- 5 days but how much longer can it be? Can it be once a week?
Also do keto sticks give me a good indication that I am in ketosis?

From what I’ve read Kiefer indicates carb night once a week as the standard. I’m guessing that you’ve worked out your first one already.
