I have started my reorientation phase of the CNS. For the past three years, I have tried to get an average of four Crossfit WODs in a week. Something in the Carb Nite book gave me pause. There was a mention of not doing high intensity workouts while on the Carb Nite diet. I consider most Crossfit WODs to be high intensity, which is why I do them. I love Crossfit and really don’t want to give it up while on the Carb Nite diet. Can anyone shed some light on whether Crossfit can interfere with the efficacy of the Carb Nite diet?
