    Hello Everybody,
Kiefer got me confused when he recently sent an email about Carb Shock. He said

“what about if you’re currently on Carb Nite?
For Carb Nite you have two options:
Only use Carb Shock on your Carb Nite
Use Carb Shock at bed time any day of the week, just subtract 12 carbs from your allotted net carbs”

What happen to using carb shock an hour after workout?
Can somebody clear this up? I am 33 Years old male and i weight about 185 lb and i am 5’7″ with 23% BF. My goal is fat loss while increasing strength and building muscle. I usually train 3-4 times a week between 5-6 PM. I wait an hour for carb shock and then i eat my dinner without any carbs but it does consist of fatty meats. Is this optimal for fat loss or should i avoid taking carb shock as per kiefer’s suggestion and switch it to the bedtime. I will appreciate your opinion and suggestions.

I think the Carb Nite scenario is under the assumption that there is no resistance training.
